With no travel costs, no parts cost and limited phone and remote support, the Gold Agreement will help save your business money. This Service Agreement does not include the purchase of new equipment, the relocation of existing equipment or any additional low voltage cabling. Also not covered is the use of third party or refurbished printer supplies such as ribbons, toners and ink cartridges that would void the manufacturer’s warrantee. The Gold Service Agreement does not include the purchase of the Symantec Corporate Edition Anti-Virus Software. Parts are covered but the reloading any of software other than the Operating System is not included in the price of this agreement. Service contracts are paid on a quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your needs.

Limited to Twelve Hours per Month Phone and Remote Support. Phone Support over the allotted hours is $30 per call
Parts including monitors, keyboards, mice, hard drives, printers (excluding printing supplies) and any other necessary parts needed to keep your system operating at its maximum efficiency
