With no travel costs, no parts cost and unlimited phone and remote support, the Platinum Agreement will help save your business money. You spend no additional money except for listed exclusions. This Service Agreement does not include the purchase of new equipment, the relocation of existing equipment or any additional low voltage cabling. Also not covered is the use of third party or refurbished printer supplies such as ribbons, toners and ink cartridges that would void the manufacturer’s warrantee. Service contracts are paid on a quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your needs. Receive all the benefits included with the Gold and Silver Agreement
