Our Silver Service Agreement is designed for companies that require technical support and monthly maintenance to ensure data integrity, hardware efficiency, and overall computer reliability. The Silver Service Agreement Service contracts are paid on a quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your needs.
What is covered?
A fixed labor rate for onsite support
Limited to Six Hours per Month Phone and Remote Support. Phone Support over the allotted hours is $30 per call
What this agreement does not cover:
The Silver Service Agreement does not cover any parts for computers or printers
The Purchase of Symantec Corporate Edition Anti-Virus Software is the sole responsibility of the customer. The use of any other Anti-Virus Software is not supported by Dynamic Technology Services
The Silver Service Agreement does not cover service calls handled at night or on the weekends. The rate for these calls will be $100 per hour
