Our Telephone Agreement is designed for companies that require technical support and monthly maintenance to ensure telephone integrity, hardware efficiency, and overall telephone reliability. The Telephone Service Agreement Service contracts are paid on a quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your needs.
What is covered?
- Coverage of the telephone system, extension phones (any model), and system modules
- Integrity of phone connectivity to service provider, i.e. troubleshooting the telephone lines to the telephone service provide
- The addition of extra voice mailboxes to the existing voicemail system
