How it works?

We use a remote desktop software that requires no previous set up on your part and can connect through most routers and firewalls regardless of the configuration. Our techs can share your screen and actually SEE what you see. This makes it easy for them to help solve the problem and it is much easier on you. No more unplugging your PC and carrying it somewhere for repairs and waiting days.

When you log on to our website, a technician will connect to your computer. When the repairs are done, our software uninstalls itself. Nothing is left on your machine. No connection is open.

We use a variety of tools to help repair problems and most of these are free. If we think a tool is needed that is not free, we will speak to you and get your permission before going further.

You must have a high speed connection to the internet and be able to browse the web or get email for us to help

By continuing, you are agreeing to connect to a technical support representative of Dynamic Technology Services. You agree that you will not leave the machine unattended while the technician is connected, and acknowledge that this diagnostic tool is being used at your risk. DTS technicians will make every effort to use this tool in a way that will not harm your computer, your data, or your network, but be aware that they will be able to perform any task that you can perform sitting at the machine short of physical interaction. You are responsible for every action taken during this session, and agree not to hold Dynamic Technology Services, its agents or its partners responsible for any damages or losses as a direct or indirect result of actions taken during this session. If you are uncomfortable with these terms, or if you cannot agree to them, please inform your technician now and do not proceed.  By proceeding you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

Each Help Desk session is a charge of $30.00 for the first 30 minutes.

Payment is expected at the time of service unless you have a service contract with us. 
We only accept Visa and MasterCard.

If the problem can not be resolved remotely then a field technician may be dispatched
(only to business customers), at the discretion of our company
as long as you are within the state of Georgia.

If a technician is dispatched the charge is $100.00 per hour with a
minimum of 30 minutes.

 

*Help Desk fee will be waived if a technician is dispatched
or you have a maintenance contract with us.
